The 50grams guarantee

Eat all 10 meals in your box. If you do not love them, email us within 30 days of the day your box arrived and we refund the full price of that box to the card you paid with.

You keep the box. There is nothing to send back. No return label, no restocking fee, and no questions you have to answer first.

We send the refund within 10 business days of approving it. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

One refund per customer.

Why nothing comes back to us

The meals are food. Once a box leaves our kitchen we cannot resell it, so shipping it back would only cost you time and cost us money. Keep it, eat it, and tell us what was wrong. That is more useful to us than the box is.

If something is wrong with your delivery

Tell us the same day, and send a photo if you can. If a box turns up damaged, warm, or with the wrong meals in it, we replace it or refund it, whichever you would rather have.

This is separate from the guarantee above and there is no limit on it. If we get your order wrong, we fix it, every time.

Skipping and cancelling

The 50grams Meal Box is a monthly subscription. You can skip a month or cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing us. We will not make it hard.

Cancel before your next box is charged and you are not charged again. Once a box has been charged and packed we cannot pull it back, but the guarantee above still covers that box. Eat all 10, and tell us if you did not love them.
